Why we created this program.

Kickoff and immersion
We understand the business, users, and technical constraints. We define scope, success metrics, and squad composition. Within a week, we have an environment, repo, and first tasks running.

Delivery sprints
Weekly cycles with code in production, demos, and retrospectives. Technical decisions are made together. Nothing hides in eternal staging branches.

Review and course correction
Every 4 weeks, we review business metrics, code quality, and satisfaction. If we need to change course, we do — no drama, no renegotiation.

Launch and transition
The product goes live with observability, docs, and tests. If it makes sense, we do a gradual handover to the internal team. If not, we keep operating.
